Surbiton GC One day level Tournament

Don Beck writes:

The day started with 2 surprises: excellent weather and a squirrel hole that put lawn 2 out of commission for a while.

As players discarded winter woollies and the sun shone, some players prospered and others withered under the heat of competition.
This friendly event took on a different significance as cousins clashed and friends wagered on personal battles.

The outcome - an enjoyable day with Stephen Harbron winning all seven games and bringing his handicap down to 3.
