On a day when the weather was awful but the lemon drizzle cake made by Ian's grandaughter was excellent, the Surbiton team of Ian Parkinson, Mary Knapp, Graham Brightwell & Bob Stephens were 3-0 up after the morning matches & Graham clinched the tie with the first win of the afternoon. However our opponents won the remaining three singles to give the final score of 4-3.
Surbiton will play Colchester in the next round
