Rules
- ABC games will be 26 point handicap games by default.

By agreement between the players an 18 point game can be played instead.

By agreement between the players a time limit may be applied which must be a minimum of 3.25 hours for a 26 point game and a minimum of 2.5 hours for an 18 point game.
